(for himself, for a task or for interacting with other people) a person spends the greatest amount of his energy. This test will be
useful to the employer when interviewing a candidate for a particular position. At the same time, it is possible to identify how much
a potential employee is ready to solve work issues at the enterprise, whether he is ready to communicate in the team and what

Bass test: Determining the orientation of a personality.
The test contains 27 questions.
To determine the personality orientation, an orientation questionnaire published by B. Bass is used. The test taker must choose 2 answers for
each question. One answer should to the greatest extent express the opinion of the tested person or correspond to reality, and another answer,
which, on the contrary, is the most distant from the respondent's opinion or the least corresponds to reality.
The test result is calculated, according to the methodology of B. Bass, as follows: the answer selected in the category
"Most corresponds to my opinion" is estimated at 2 points for the corresponding focus (self-focus, focus on communication, business orientation);
the answer selected in the category "Least corresponds to my opinion" is worth 0 points for the corresponding focus; unselected answer -
is estimated at 1 point for the corresponding focus.
